I love meeting people and finding out they were born at sunrise. This usually means that their sun is the same as their rising sign. For one thing, these folk are direct and honest (unless scorpio ;) ) and what you see is what you get.

But in an astrological sense, I like finding these folk because they tend to display a personification of their sign. Because their being AND their persona is rooted in that archetype, I find that they are excellent for finding out what a specific sign is about.

Granted, I haven't met every sign with sun = rising sign, but the ones I have display their signs greatly. An Aries one was almost brutally direct, arrogant and very childish, but also a barrel of laughs (parhaps cos I'm a sag). A Leo was playfully funny and outgoing but also warm and honest. A Virgo was very polite and softly spoken and kind.

Has anyone else seen this in action?
