ANCHORAGE, Alaska – A new ethics complaint has been filed against
Sarah Palin, accusing the Alaska governor of abusing her power by
charging the state when her children traveled with her.
The complaint alleges that the Republican vice presidential nominee
used her official position as governor for personal gain, violating a
statute of the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act. It follows a report
by The Associated Press last week that Palin charged the state
more than $21,000 for her three daughters' commercial
flights, including events where they weren't invited, and later ordered
their
expense forms amended to specify official state business.
In some cases, Palin also has charged the state for hotel rooms for
the girls.
The complaint released Wednesday says Palin charged the travel costs
for events her children were not invited to and where they served in
no legitimate state purpose or business. Administration officials have
said Alaska law allows governors to charge the state for their
family's travel if they conduct state business.
"Governor Palin intentionally secured unwarranted benefits for family
members, improperly used state property to benefit her personal and
financial interests, and illegally altered documents that were the
subject of a Public Records request," the complaint states.

She is looking more and more unethical in spite of her talking about
her reputation about reforming ethics in politics. This doesn't look
good for McCain's campaign. He didn't properly vet Palin.
Transiting Saturn-Uranus opposition is aspecting her Moon with
transiting Saturn sesquiquadrate her Moon with 50 minutes of arc
applying and transiting Uranus semisquare her Moon with 8 minutes of
arc separating. This looks a great time of nervous tension that can
affect her emotions. She can be feeling restricted with the urge
tobreak away from the restrictions, and this is already being seen as
her going rogue.
transiting Jupiter square her Jupiter in 9th seems like legal, ethical
issues that ask for justice being served
Transiting Mars is conjuncting her Neptune with 24 minutes of arc and
squaring her Ascendant with 2'09 orb applying, and this indicates
that she can be seen as acting like a victim but also illusive actions
as self deceptive about motivations and actions. It can also
be passive-aggressiveness. Transiting Neptune is opposing her
Ascendant with 1'54 applying/contraparallel her Ascendant with 16
minutes applying(Neptune-Ascendant occultation) adds to the victim
persona, illusive, deceiving others, and coupled with the Mars
transits,passive-aggressive. Transiting Neptune is parallel her Mars
with 2 minutes applying, and that adds to the theme of transiting
Mars conjunct her Neptune. Mars-Neptune double whammy transit. these
transits indicate possible scandals.
Transiting Pluto square her Venus with 2'13 orb applying. This seems
to fit with skeletons out of the closet, secrets uncovered, but can
also be lust for power. Transiting Venus square her Pluto with 25
minutes of arc adds to theme of transiting Pluto square her Venus.
double whammy Venus-Pluto transit is highly significant.
It's not all bad though. Transiting Jupiter is sextile her Neptune
with 1'20 orb applying, and this seems like religious inspiration(in
her case, the conservative type)that can help her being viewed in a
positive light. Transiting Uranus is trining her Neptune too,and that
indicates some inspiration of liberating kind. So the Transiting
Jupiter-Uranus sextile is forming a minor grand trine with her
Neptune, and this could indicate a possibility of being popular(to the
conservatives, especially religious right) in spite of her legal
troubles. In other words, she can come out smelling like roses.
I also checked out True Black Moon Lilith in regards to
feminism,women's rights/issues,even the gender card
Transiting Neptune is squaring her true Black Moon Lilith with 5
minutes of arc applying
She has True Black Moon Lilith square her Ascendant with 1'48 orb
which indicates a personality that clashes with feminism, women's
rights/issues. Transiting Neptune aspecting that seems to indicate
that she can be perceived as a victim of sexism..especially by women
but she could play the gender card or others can view her as playing
the gender card
Transiting Mars is conjuncting her True Black Moon Lilith with 3'58
applying
orb, ...around election day, transiting Mars will be aspecting her True
Black Moon Lilith square Ascendant which can be the feminine
warrior, but she can somehow anger a lot of women in some way. She's
already an opponent when it comes to women's rights issues, viewed as
the anti-Hillary.
The transits alone seem to reflect what's going on with her now, and
so I didn't bother to check solar arcs nor secondary progressions.
I would think that transiting Pluto square her Venus(natural ruler of
2nd) in her 8th house(other's money) Pluto could also fit with power
issues involving. Especially if you add the Neptune transits.
She has her Pluto in 2nd house which can indicate possible abusing
power in regards to money, and Pluto rules her 4th house, and so can be
connected to family.
She also has her 8th house ruler(Neptune) in 4th,and can indicate
other's money and family connected.
also transiting Jupiter is squaring her 5th house ruler(Jupiter) in
9th, and this could indicate possible legal issues involving children.
As co-ruler of Pisces, Jupiter also rules her 8th house, and so
Jupiter squares her 8th house ruler in 9th. This can indicate legal
issues involving other people's money. Also....5th/8th house
ruler(Jupiter) is in 9th and quincunxes 8th house ruler(Neptune) in
4th,and that can idnicate possible legal issues involving other's
money, family, and children....and transiting Jupiter aspecting that
natal aspect, and that can indicate the issues are activated, and so
legal action occurs.
furthermore, her Venus is also sesquiquadrate Neptune too
interestingly...secondary progressed Venus is exactly square her Natal
Sun. This could also indicate financial conflicts, Especially when the
progressed Venus rules her progressed 2nd house. so Progressed 2nd
house ruler squares her Sun exact.
even her Progressed Moon is semisquaring her Neptune(8th) in 4th which
can indicate stress involving issues with family and other's money
with 5 minutes of arc applying

This article takes on a less enthusiastic view of critical degrees than usual, but I thought the descriptions of critical degrees in different planets were interesting. I would say according to this the key to living with critical degrees is acceptance of self and using the feeling of being an outsider to work toward humility and surrender to life. But then again, isn't that everything?
Anywho, check it out and let me know what you guys think. I don't think it's supposed to be this depressing, but there are some good points:

Anger is a vital for taking action, recognising threats to ourselves, identifying direct raw emotive responses that we may sometimes ignore. Anger is also something that comes out of frustration. When there is no outlet, or if the outlet is too small for the anger, then different sorts of behaviour emerges. We all know what anger is all about, we've all been furious at some point.
Naturally, Mars would be in the picture, along with moon because it is the emotions that are stirred. I think the moon is the one that gets angry and then mars takes over to act it out. What about Jupiter? We've heard many a lightning bolt story about Jupiter...
I have a libra mars opposite aries moon. Mars is also conjunct saturn, so I get a corked bottle effect with my anger. when anger finds me, i get passive-aggressive or emotionally paralysed - that is I can't express what i feel and instinctively withdraw from all human contact until that overwhelming emotion passes.
So, where is it in your chart that points how you behave when you get angry and how do you diffuse your anger?
