How do you know if your moon and rising signs are accurate?

I will never share Your email address with anyone under any circumstances.

I’m pretty new to learning about all this, so excuse me if i sound dumb :D But something I can’t figure out is how do you even know if your moon and rising signs are accurate? I mean for example I’m a Pisces sun, Gemini moon, and Cancer rising.. but if you change the time of your birth just by an hour or two (or more) it can change your rising sign. And if you change your date of birth by a day or more, it can change your moon. Because it seems like your exact time of birth could be innacurate or not the time you were ‘supposed’ to be born if you were born by c-section, pre-mature, or for whatever other reasons. And even your date of birth might not be the date you were ‘supposed’ to be born. So I don’t quite see how accurate the moon and rising signs can be.
