If all 30 degrees of the second sign are located in a house, then we say that sign is intercepted within the house, and as a result, it becomes more significant. is this correct? do you agree?

Does this then mean thats the ruling planet of that sign would also become a co-ruler of the house?

Is it all charts that have intercepted houses or only few? and what other way do you think interception is significant?

I have pisces rising with aries intercepted in 1st house and also virgo 7th house with libra intercepted and i am curious it.
