Is this so called traditional western Astrology a Pagan religion?

Defining Wicca

There is no solid definition of Wicca. Many Wiccans
consider that a bonus, and they shouldn't. It's a
serious, serious problem. A religion is a set of
common beliefs. Without definition, the term "Wicca"
becomes meaningless.

Some Traditionalists will say that you have to be
initiated into a lineaged Tradition or that you have
to be able to trace your initiation line back to Gerald Gardner.

Most Traditionalists (at least that I've spoken with), however, willingly accept
Eclectics as Wiccans. Eclecticism, however, does not give the right to grab anything
and everything one likes and call it Wiccan.
