Neptune Square Sun transit: Temporarily Paralyzed

I just read that I have an upcoming transit of Neptune Squaring my Natal sun that will last until 2009. I'm a little bit nervous because it says that my vitality will be at a low point and I may become disoriented about who I am. The only problem is that I have been feeling that way for about 2 years now. How much more disoriented could I become?

Pluto is also transiting my 10th House and nothing seems to be flowing in the right direction anymore. I miss the days of just feeling like me!! Are there any positive sides of this transit? Should I just go into a closet and hide? Has anyone gone through this transit? If so, or if you have any insight into this, could you please share your experiences?
