progressions

can someone point me into the right direction in learning about progressions… i just realized eerily that over the past year the people who have been coming into my life have had a moon or sun or asc conjunct or opposite my progressed asc… within a 1 degree orb. my best friend’s moon was exactly conjunct my progressed sun and his venus opposite my progressed asc when we met. also, this is no small number of people… i would say about 7 people fit into this description.

im excited to learn more about progressions. any advice?
