Vedic Astrology Forecast for december 18, 2007 | Moon in Pisces | Revati Nakshatra

No comments December 18th, 2007

Tuesday December 18, 2007

The Moon is still in Pisces today – in the Nakshatra of Revati, ruled by Mercury. Revati is the Shepherd that leads the weary soul home after a long journey. This happens at the last degrees of the Zodiac. Tomorrow the Moon starts anew in Aries, but today a theme of endings dominates. Letting go is a good thing to do today. Mars and Jupiter are still in aspect and creating a similar tension as yesterday – Mars is ready to defend our feelings – Jupiter is ready to expand our outer life and presence. Keeping your eyes on the big picture will be important. Do not play into all of the emotional drama and every detail of why you are unhappy.

Moon in Pisces | Revati Nakshatra | Wednesday November 21, 2007

The moon will be in Revati today. This Nakshatra is ruled by the vedic deity pushan, the nurturer. The Moon is at the end of the zodiac, the last days which represents the weary soul longing for liberation and a return to a freer, more peaceful state. This deit of Pushan helps guide the soul home, like a shepherd caring for the herds – a goo d analogy for humanity.

Besides that, Jupiter will be settling into Sagittarius today, but he is still uncertain and in transition, so we can sense a big philosophical shift is imminent, but we are not sure how or what will be affected by it.

Venus is still in her sign of debility, so creature comforts are not as satisfying and other people in general are not necessarily making us happy. Relationships are hard right now.

Early December Venus will move into Libra and bring some relief.
